If you are missing two, three or several teeth, dental implants can hold a fixed bridge in place. You get back your smile and your ability to chew, without a removable denture and often with fewer implants than you might expect.
I plan every implant-supported bridge individually, using digital treatment planning so the implants and the teeth on top work together.

What are multiple teeth dental implants?
Multiple teeth dental implants are two or more implants that support a fixed bridge replacing several missing teeth. You do not always need one implant for every missing tooth. For example, three missing teeth side by side can sometimes be replaced with two implants carrying a three-unit bridge. The number and position of implants depends on how much bone you have, the forces from your bite, where the teeth are missing and what the final bridge needs.

Why choose an implant-supported bridge?
- Fixed teeth: The bridge stays in place. You do not take it out to clean or sleep.
- Often fewer implants: In suitable cases a few implants can replace more teeth than the number of implants placed.
- No grinding of healthy neighbouring teeth: A traditional tooth-supported bridge usually needs the teeth beside the gap to be shaped down. An implant bridge generally does not.
- A natural appearance: Custom zirconia teeth can closely match the colour and shape of your natural smile.
- Easier maintenance: Wherever it is clinically suitable, I prefer a screw-retained bridge, because it can be removed by the dentist for repair or maintenance.
Screw-retained implant bridges: my preferred approach
A screw-retained bridge is held by small screws rather than cement. That means no risk of leftover cement around the gums, and I can take it off professionally if it ever needs adjusting or repair. The final design still depends on your implant positions, your aesthetic needs and your bite, so I decide this case by case.

My treatment approach

- Digital implant and prosthetic planning
- Assessment of your bone and gum health
- Implant placement using appropriate surgical protocols
- A custom fixed implant-supported bridge
- Long-term hygiene guidance and maintenance
Implant-supported bridge FAQs
How many implants do I need for three missing teeth?
Sometimes two, sometimes more. It depends on your bone, your bite and where the teeth are missing. I confirm the number only after a full examination and scan.
Is an implant bridge better than a removable denture?
Many patients prefer it because it is fixed, feels more stable and does not need to be taken out. Suitability depends on your bone, gum health and overall health.
Do you have to cut down my healthy teeth?
Generally no. An implant-supported bridge is anchored to implants, not to the neighbouring teeth.
How do I look after an implant bridge?
With good daily cleaning, including around and under the bridge, and regular professional check-ups. I will show you what works for your mouth.
